This beautiful villa with pool in Tuscany is located on a hill covered in olive groves right in the heart of the Chiana Valley near the medieval town of Marciano della Chiana, site of the famed Battle of Scannagallo, when in 1554 the Republic of Siena was defeated by the Duchy of Florence resulting in its loss of independence and absorption into the Grand Duchy of Tuscany. This elegant villa still preserves vestiges of its ancient grandeur in the frescoes discovered during the recent restoration. The holiday home can comfortably accommodate up to 22 people and is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a large living room with fireplace, a double bedroom with a bathroom appropriate for disabled people, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, as well as two bathrooms. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and Jacuzzi, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two suites with double bedroom, en-suite bathrooms and a living room with divan bed. Beside the main building there is also a small cottage with a living room with 2 sofa beds and a double bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a terrace. The villa is surrounded by a two hectare garden with meadows, olive trees and a wood of ash, oaks and age-old cypresses. A large swimming pool (14x7mt, open May-Oct) completes the property. Other facilities: Internet wi fi, barbecue and washing machine.

Set in a large garden, a swimming pool with hydro-massage corner (15x9 m, up to 160 cm deep, open May 1-Oct 15) is at guests’ disposal, as well as a children’s playground, barbecue area and a small fitness room with view over the swimming pool and countryside.
