This strategic position offers a breathtaking view over the surrounding landscape and its age-old olive groves, abounding in beauty and history. The holiday accommodation is very comfortable and has prestigious fittings such as the old terracotta tile flooring. This Tuscan villa is on 2 floors and can comfortably accommodate 8 people. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace, a small dining room with kitchen corner (oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine), a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with shower, a small cupboard and access to a porch where to enjoy together al-fresco dining and the superb view. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with scenic terraces, a bedroom with twin beds, 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Windows with mosquito nets. This beautiful villa with pool in Tuscany is located on a hill covered in olive groves right in the heart of the Chiana Valley near the medieval town of Marciano della Chiana, site of the famed Battle of Scannagallo, when in 1554 the Republic of Siena was defeated by the Duchy of Florence resulting in its loss of independence and absorption into the Grand Duchy of Tuscany. This elegant villa still preserves vestiges of its ancient grandeur in the frescoes discovered during the recent restoration. The holiday home can comfortably accommodate up to 22 people and is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a large living room with fireplace, a double bedroom with a bathroom appropriate for disabled people, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, as well as two bathrooms. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and Jacuzzi, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two suites with double bedroom, en-suite bathrooms and a living room with divan bed.
