This elegant villa still preserves vestiges of its ancient grandeur in the frescoes discovered during the recent restoration. The holiday home can comfortably accommodate up to 22 people and is on two floors. This elegant villa is situated in a wonderful panoramic position, surrounded by the typical Tuscan countryside and olive groves, in a perfect location for a lovely and relaxing holiday, yet with the advantages of being within walking distance from the town centre.
The property consists of two independent villas, at 50 m from each other, that can either be both rented together, accommodating up to 12/15 people, or separately. Each house has its own private swimming-pool (both ca. 4x8 m) with a panoramic view over the Val di Chiana and the beautiful church of Santa Maria Nuova. The main villa has an infinity edge pool while the outbuilding’s has lovely Roman steps: the perfect spot to enjoy the landscape “Under the Tuscan Sun”. Other facilities are a car park, barbecue, washing machine and tumble dryer (on request). Also available: tastings, breakfast, lunch, dinner and cooking lessons.
