A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom with shower, and an additional toilet. The kitchen and living room have doors leading out to a terrace with a gazebo equipped with a table for 10 and sun beds. A beautiful garden, with fences and hedges to protect one’s privacy, surrounds the villa and hosts a swimming pool (12x6, open Apr-Oct) with mosaic trimmings and Roman steps, also furnished with sun beds. Furthermore, there is a covered car park for 2 cars.

This charming wine estate with panoramic views is located on the hills at just 1.5 km from Radda in Chianti, a lovely medieval village in the heart of this wine region. The old stone villa was originally an observation post looking out over the valley; today it has been fully renovated with modern comforts yet maintaining the traditional Tuscan architectural characteristics such as archways, vaulted ceilings, irregular stone walls and large windows.

The villa is set within a large garden with barbecue area, wood-fired brick pizza oven, a children’s playground, a saltwater swimming pool (12x5 m, from 140 to 200 cm deep, open May-September, and it can be heated) with Roman steps, as well as a wonderful veranda with tables and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining in peaceful contemplation of the surrounding countryside.
