This beautiful holiday home in the Val d’Orcia, surrounded by gently rolling hills, is near Castiglione d’Orcia (12km), just a few kilometres from the famous spa waters at Bagno Vignoni (10km) and Bagni San Filippo (7km). Surrounded by peace and quiet this lovely farmhouse is on two floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 17 people. On the ground floor there is a large hall divided into a kitchen with island, a sitting room with fireplace and dining area. This room has direct access to the garden and a gazebo. On the ground floor there are also two other kitchens with fireplace and sitting room area, with direct access to the garden and four double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms fitted with showers, of which two have wrought iron staircases leading to a gallery with a single bed. On the first floor there is a fourth kitchen with wood-burning stove and a sitting room area, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and another double bedroom with a bathtub in the room, an en-suite bathroom fitted with shower and a wooden staircase leading to a gallery with single bed. There is the possibility of adding 2 pouf beds, suitable for children.
Outside one can relax and read in the large garden, fully equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue, table tennis table, table football and a wonderful panoramic swimming pool (15x7,50 mt, open May-Oct) overlooking the fields of the farm estate. This lovely 18th century villa with swimming-pool in Val d’Orcia is located near Pienza, surrounded by the gently rolling hills of this magnificent countryside. This tastefully furnished villa can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people and consists of 2 large sitting rooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens and one dining room. There are six double bedrooms (of which 1 can be made up as twin), 2 single bedrooms and 8 bathrooms (various Jacuzzis in some, 2 with bathtubs, 3 with double shower heads and 3 fitted with showers of which one at the swimming-pool). There is air-conditioning in all the rooms.
Outside there is a large garden (5 hectares) fully equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue for dining alfresco and a lovely 24x4 m saltwater swimming-pool (open Apr-Oct), of which 6 meters are indoors. This villa is in an ideal location both for those wishing to spend a quiet and pleasant vacation in the countryside, far from the madding crowd, and for those who have cultural and art interests with Montepulciano at 10 km, Montalcino at 15, Cortona at 25 and Siena at 40. Nearby the ancient spa towns of Bagno Vignoni and San Filippo. The surrounding farm estates offer the possibility of cheese, wine and olive oil tastings. The nearest shops and restaurants are in Pienza at 6 km.

This old stone cottage was built in the 7th century and externally still preserves its original architecture, while inside it has been completely renovated and converted into an elegant, luxury home for holidays.
It is located at 7 km from Radda in Chianti, the heart of this beautiful wine region, and set in a huge wine estate with olive grove. Within this setting, this wonderful villa seems to rise like an antique tower dominating the picturesque hills. Here you can stroll in the garden, surrounded by innumerable flowers, and taste its figs or blackberries, or enter the kitchen garden and pick seasonal organic products. On a hot, summer’s day, you can take a dip in the pool (11 x 5 m, 150 cm deep, fenced for the safeguard of children), or decide to keep fit with the very well-equipped gym. Otherwise, you can just take a nap in the shade, read a good book or simply enjoy the silence of nature.

The house is located within a winery surrounded by its vineyard. This means, that during the day, the entire 9 hectares won’t be at your total availability, because there might be workers working around the cellar, as well as guests visiting the wine tasting rooms. Only the villa and pool are at your exclusive use.

This lovely holiday home in Val d’Orcia in the Middle Ages was probably a resting place for pilgrims travelling on the Via Francigena, that passes nearby. Furthermore, opposite the property is the 13th century Castello di Spedaletto, one of the most important monastic granges of the Spedale Santa Maria della Scala, the key religious and political foundation of the Republic of Siena which assisted pilgrims. The castle gave hospitality to many famous personalities, such as Charles II of Naples in 1289 and Pope Pious II in 1460 to name a few, as well as brought prosperity and development to the area, creating reception for the many pilgrims passing by and places where they could buy supplies.
This villa near Pienza is elegantly furnished, in a perfect combination between comfort and tradition, with modern amenities such as internet Wi-Fi and Sat-TV. On two floors, the house can host up to 10 people. On the ground floor there is double bedroom with a bathroom fitted out with a shower, the reception and some service rooms. By means of an exterior staircase one reaches the first floor which consists of an entrance, large living/dining room with kitchen, another living room with two sofa beds, 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms fitted out with showers, of which one hydromassage. A ventilator system is very efficacious during the hot season.
