This beautiful, detached house is located in the old town centre of Bozzano, a village near Lake Massaciuccoli, just 12 km from the beaches of Viareggio and 15 km from Lucca. Recently renovated with local materials, the building maintains its original structure. In the surroundings, there are many naturalistic attractions, such as the lake, where it is possible to go bird watching, as well as historical, thanks to the exceptional monumental baths of the ancient Roman villa complex found next to the lake.
Following the Puccini bike trail, named after the famous composer who loved this area, one can even reach the lovely walled town of Lucca.

To access the property, and private car park, one enters directly into what was once the farmyard, where in older times the grain was left to dry. The holiday home is surrounded by a beautiful, fully-fenced garden, furnished with a table, chairs and barbecue for al-fresco dining, and a relaxation corner with sofa, as well as a hexagonal swimming pool (diam. 3 m, depth 100 cm, open from May to October) with sunbeds, beach umbrellas and solar shower.

Villa Il Ciliegio is a lovely semi-detached house in the centre of the ancient and picturesque hamlet of Bargecchia. The village is on the hills of Versilia, just 10 km from Viareggio and its seaside resorts. The house is near the 13th-century church and its bell-tower, celebrated by Puccini at the end of the first act of Tosca because the composer admired the bells sound. Beyond the church’s square are restaurants, a grocer’s, a butcher’s and a greengrocer’s.
The villa and its gardens all enjoy a breathtaking view over the Massaciuccoli Lake and the coast of Versilia. One garden, right outside the kitchen door, is equipped for al fresco dining, while another, much larger, garden has a swimming pool (8x4 m, 1,20m depth, open from 1 June to 15 September) and a furnished gazebo. There is also an olive grove and an orchard.

A nice accommodation with a breathtaking scenic view. This detached house, with a well-kept garden, is situated on the top of the hill that separates Camaiore from Viareggio, just 1 km from the centre of the village of Pedona, where the nearest restaurant and grocery store are located.
Outdoors there is a gazebo furnished for al fresco dining, a barbecue and a comfortable hammock. The house, 67 sq m, can accommodate 6-7 people and is on one level only. However, to access the house from the private car park there are some steps to climb.
