This 17th-century farmhouse is at just 3 km from Pomarance, in the gorgeous Val di Cecina, a territory strategically set between the beach and the most important art cities. In an environment of many landscapes, from the agricultural countryside of Volterra (at 20 km) to the geothermal energy fields of Larderello (at 9 km), this farmstead has been renovated into 7 apartments. In respect of its past architecture and its surroundings, only original materials have been used.
Located on a knoll, the farmhouse enjoys a beautiful view over the adjacent countryside. There are 6 holiday flats in the main building and an independent cottage in a restored barn. The swimming pool (12x6 m, depth from 120 to 160 cm, open April-October) is heated during the months of April, May and October, and it too enjoys a scenic view.
Guests also have access to a children’s playground, a table tennis table, washing machine, barbecue and car park. The closest restaurant is in the owner’s other farm estate at 500 m.

Volterra - RIF. S331

The “podere”, an old farmhouse which has been recently refurbished, is located in a very quiet position at only 10 km from Volterra and 20 km from San Gimignano. There are two houses on the property and they both preserve the original structure, with stone walls, vaulted ceilings or wooden beam ceilings. The estate's huge olive grove surrounds the buildings. At guests’ disposal a swimming pool (12x5 m, open from the end of April to October), barbecues, washing machine, gazeboes, olive oil tasting sessions, car park. From any spot of the property one can enjoy a stunning view over the countryside and Volterra. The nearest restaurant is at 3 km and a food shop at 5 km.
One can say that it is very centrally located as Florence, Siena and Pisa are all at 60 km; Lucca is at 70 km.
The property consists of 6 apartments, each with its own private terrace and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome.

In the main building there is an apartment for 2-3 people, as well as the breakfast room on the ground floor. The owner lives on the first floor. The other house is located in front of the swimming pool, and here are 5 apartments.

Monteverdi is a tiny medieval village at 350 meters above sea level, whose origins date back to the 8th century when the Palazzuolo monastery was built. It is a quiet place, where one can relax and enjoy stunning views. It is located on the hills along the Etruscan coast, at 27 km from Marina di Castagneto Carducci and Donoratico, famous beach villages. Bolgheri, world-wide famous for its wine, is at 30 km. Some other beautiful and interesting medieval towns such as Volterra, Massa Marittima and Populonia (Etruscan ruins) are at 40 km. Pisa 90 km.
The property is located at 250 m from the village (where there is a restaurant, bars, a food shop and a chemist’s), and it consists of 2 buildings, each with 6 apartments. At guest disposal are a swimming pool (10x6 m, open May- Sept) and a car park.

Nice, comfortable and typical Tuscan lodgings in a lovely farmhouse, whose origins date back to the Middle Age, when the area was a precinct of two ancient Benedictine monasteries. The farmstead is located at just 12 km from the beaches of Castiglioncello, Rosignano, la Mazzanta and Vada on the Etruscan Coast. The farm, which produces an excellent olive oil since the 60s (today certified organic olive oil), consists of two large stone farmhouses, converted into hospitable homes with all the modern comforts.
In the main house there are 4 apartments and a swimming pool (9x5 m, open June- September, shower area); and at 300 m there is the second stone house, with a large apartment on the first floor, with private garden and round swimming pool (7.5 m diameter, open June-September, shower area).
At guest’s disposal there are also a table tennis, a children play ground, a washing machine, Wi-Fi connection, barbecue, car park and the delicious olive oil for a wonderful tasting experience. Welcome gift with some local produce, including the extra virgin olive oil of the farm.
