This lovely one-bedroom holiday apartment in Florence is in the centre of town, near the Church of Santa Croce (250mt). The flat, 60 sq m, can comfortably accommodate 2 people and is on the ground floor. The apartment, on two floors, consists of a nice living room with sofa and television and fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor with air conditioning. A wooden staircase leads to the double bedroom and two bathrooms, one fitted with bathtub and the other with shower.
The holiday flat is in a lively neighbourhood full of shops, craftsmen’s studios, trattorie and restaurants at just a few metres from main sights such as the Cathedral (400 meters) and Piazza della Signoria (350 meters), or the Uffizi and Pontevecchio (450 meters). With a 10 minute walk one can reach the Sant’Ambrogio street market, open every day except Sunday, as well as the antiques market in Piazza dei Ciompi. Florence’s main train station, Santa Maria Novella, is at just 15 minutes on foot (1200 meters away). The flat is in a restricted parking zone; however, those coming by car have plenty of pay parking garages in the vicinities.

Riva Trigoso is a small quiet village on the sea, at 3 km from the more famous Sestri Levante which is the chief town. It is located at 30 km from the picturesque seaside resort of Portofino and only 20 minutes by train from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Cinque Terre.
The apartment, 85 sq m, is on the first floor of a small building and is only 100 meters from the beach (free or with service, at guest’s choice) and the seaside promenade with its cafés, restaurants, shops.
The entrance of the flat opens into a large living room with a small balcony overlooking a quiet street. Other rooms are a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom fitted with shower, a small kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, toaster, kettle) with balcony, another bedroom with a double sofa bed and a single folder bed, and a second bathroom fitted with shower.

As most of the resorts on the Riviera Ligure, during the peak season it is better to reach Riva by train (train station at 1,3 km) or bus (bus stop at 50 meters), due to the lack of car parks. Public car parks is at 300 meters.
