A nice accommodation with a breathtaking scenic view. This detached house, with a well-kept garden, is situated on the top of the hill that separates Camaiore from Viareggio, just 1 km from the centre of the village of Pedona, where the nearest restaurant and grocery store are located.
Outdoors there is a gazebo furnished for al fresco dining, a barbecue and a comfortable hammock. The house, 67 sq m, can accommodate 6-7 people and is on one level only. However, to access the house from the private car park there are some steps to climb. The accommodation consists of a living room with double sofa bed, TV and eating area; on the left there is a well-equipped kitchen (stove with 5 burners, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric coffee machine, kettle); the living room leads to the bedroom/bathroom area, where on the right there is a double bedroom with large walk in closet and TV, on the left a bedroom with bunk bed (the lower bed is a small double bed), single bed and TV with Playstation, and straight ahead a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. This villa is immersed in the quiet of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by a 10,000 sq m park, orchards, vineyards, and olive groves, in an area used for beekeeping. Also installed in the bathroom are a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
