This villa with pool in Chianti is part of a farm estate located right in the heart of Tuscany’s Chianti wine area and enjoys a breathtaking view over the surrounding hills covered with olive groves, vineyards and woodland, at only 25 km south-east of Florence. Completely restored with antique and modern furniture, this self-catering villa can accommodate up 10 people. It is on three floors. On the ground floor is a large kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, considered the second kitchen. Outside stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a large kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge) a very spacious living room with open fireplace, Sat-TV and CD player and stereo, a games room with pool table, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower/wc and a double bedroom with en-suite shower/washbasin (no Wc). On the second floor there is a large twin bedroom, a double bedroom, a bathroom with hydromassage shower and another twin bedroom which opens onto a big roof terrace with charming views over the countryside. Internet Wi Fi connection free of charge.
The villa has a private garden with barbecue and swimming pool (12x6, open May-Sept). Pets welcome.
