It is the perfect location to enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan seasonal colours, immersed in the typical landscape of gently rolling hills covered in vineyards and olive groves, as well as to visit the many villages, old churches and art cities of Tuscany.
The villa is located at walk distance, just 1300 m, from Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, where you will find a selection of local shops, supermarkets and places to eat and drink.
The house, recently renovated and equipped with the most modern comforts, maintains its original and typical Tuscan style. In a very quiet location, a beautiful cypress-lined driveway, typically Tuscan, leads to your accommodation.

The villa has a large, stunning garden with a swimming pool and a heated Jacuzzi (open from 25th April to 10th Oct), just a few steps away from the barbecue area, perfect for your “al fresco dining”.
This elegantly and comfortably furnished villa is on 3 floors and can host up to 12 people (if you are only 8 people, please ask our special fare).

On the back side of the house, a Spa area with a Turkish bath, a sauna, a Jacuzzi and a gym occupies the whole lower floor.
The main entrance onto the ground floor is through a large, bright veranda with a fireplace (only decorative), antique stone floors and a comfortable sofa where you can enjoy a glass of the local Chianti wine. From here you enter the billiard room. Completing the ground floor are a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee maker, ice maker, juicer, kettle, microwave, food mixer, toaster), a dining room with a fireplace (just decorative), a Sat-TV living room and a toilet.
Up the stone staircase the first floor opens onto a spacious living room with fireplace and with large and comfortable sofas. The wooden beamed ceiling of this room creates a pleasant and luxurious atmosphere with all the modern comforts you could desire. The bedroom/bathroom area consists of 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with a nice view over the countryside and with en-suite bathrooms with shower (one bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath and a separate shower) and hair dryer. A staircase leads to the tower, where there is another double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Attached to the villa is the annex with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower, hair dryer, as well as a kitchen with dining area.

Facilities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito screens, washing machine and dryer, housekeeper 4 hours mid-week and towel changes, fenced property with private car park. 2 Cots and high chairs available, all bathrooms with courtesy lines, fire extinguisher, emergency first aid kit, pets not allowed, no smoking. A wine tasting session is also included. Cooking classes or private chef, catering on request.
