Description

This magnificent large villa of 650 sq m, suitable for up to 20 people, is situated in a quiet place, in the heart of the Crete Senesi area, just 12 km from Rapolano Terme, between Siena and Arezzo.
Set on a gently rolling hill, this beautiful stone country house enjoys a view of the surrounding olive groves and hazelnut trees. These panoramic scenes, together with the romantically framed nooks, the particular passageways as well as the solidity of the structure provide a sense of strength and charme.
The large furnished garden hosts a gazebo, barbecue, wood-burning pizza oven and the swimming pool (12x6 m, 1.40 m depth; it can be heated up to 25°), proving to be the perfect place to relax, in touch with nature.
The villa consists of a main house and of an annex, for a total of 9 double bedrooms (7 of which can be converted into twin bedrooms), each fitted with full HD TV, and with en-suite bathroom with shower and hair dryers. The furnishings give the house the cosy character of a “family home”, as well as the typical terracotta tile flooring, wooden beam ceilings, and the large fireplace.
The main house is on 3 floors. Ground floor: large living room with fire place, full HD TV, Stereo, a central arch and wooden beam ceiling; large dining room, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machines, kettle, toaster, blender, washing machine).
Intermediate floor: laundry room (iron and ironing board), 2 double bedrooms (one of them with access to outdoor).
First floor: 5 double bedrooms (2 of them are suites, with an extra single bed, and 2 of them have access to the garden). Some bedrooms can be converted into twin bedrooms, on request.
Annex: next the main house, it has 2 double bedrooms, and a room designed with wooden beamed ceilings and wide windows for enjoying the panorama, equipped with a large Jacuzzi for 6 people; it offers just another spot for private relaxation or romantic moments.
Other facilities: floor cooling and heating system. Wi-Fi inside and outside. Mosquito screens. Large covered car park for 5 cars. Courtesy line in each bathroom, fire extinguisher, first aid kit.
