It is a stunning country house, full of charm and warmth, with a well-cared garden, which surrounds the house, a spacious veranda for al fresco dining, and a large and exclusive swimming pool (14x7 m, open from May to October, max depth 3 m), with a deck positioned so as to enjoy the best views
At the pool there is a pergola with deck chairs and table offering shade. In a corner, steps lead up to a furnished terrace where you can enjoy a drink or lie on the hammock whilst enjoying the cool evening air. Underneath the raised terrace there is a changing room and bathroom with shower. A sauna, fridge and barbecue are the final elements for this relaxing outside area.
The villa, 300 sq m, furnished with classic, modern furniture, has air-conditioning in all rooms, mosquito screens on the windows, Wi-Fi connection and a large garage for 1 car, with direct access into the house.
On the ground floor there is a living room with Sat TV and stereo and a fireplace, a large kitchen (fitted with stove, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, both an American coffeemaker and a Moka pot, oven, kettle, big fridge with icemaker, toaster, blender, fruit juicer) with fireplace and access to a terrace with wooden veranda, furnished with tables and chairs for dining alfresco. From the ground floor 4 steps lead down to a large bathroom with hydromassage hot tub. Other 7 steps lead down to the large garage with laundry and shower.
An intermediate floor leading to the first floor accommodates a double bedroom with four-poster bed, access to a panoramic terrace and, down a short flight of stairs, a private bathroom fitted with shower.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom fitted with shower and a mezzanine overlooking the living room with two single beds which can be converted into a double bed.
