Description

Lovely country house with swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth from 150 to 250 cm, open from May to September, with a changing room and external shower), is located at 8 km from Monterchi, a medieval village in the countryside of Arezzo. This 200 year-old, renovated holiday home, surrounded by fenced grounds, offers total privacy. The large and well looked after garden is an ideal scenery for your al fresco dining and barbecue, but not to forget a mention to our favourite, characteristic and intimate corner of the villa: the pergola where you can relax with an aperitif, a good book whilst enjoying the lovely view.
The renovated 400 sq m villa, accommodating up to 12 people, preserves its traditional, characteristic architecture with wooden beams and typical stone walls. The interior decorating is original and elegantly country-chic with all modern comforts such as air conditioning and Wi-Fi; certainly a warm welcome for family reunions or group of friends.
Ground floor: Entrance and access to a small, nonetheless charming, living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Italian coffee machine, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, fruit juicer), a breakfast room, a toilet with a washing machine. Large lounge-room with Sat-TV, DVD player, Stereo Hi-Fi, fireplace, and access to spacious veranda furnished with sofas and armchairs. On the ground floor there is also a twin bedroom, with air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower.
First Floor: Spacious suite with a double bed, fireplace, air conditioning, en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. A lovely sitting room, which is between the suite and a second double bedroom (no A/C) with access to the outdoors, bathroom with bath and separate shower. The third double bedroom has a private bathroom with bath and shower head, and air conditioning.
Second floor: Large living room with sofas, Sat-TV and air conditioning, cooking area with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a dining area. One double bedroom, air conditioned, with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower head. Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and A/C. All bathrooms are fitted with hairdryers. Small pets are allowed.
