This large luxury property, consisting of a main villa and a cottage, can accommodate up to 20 people (please enquire for our special rates for 12 or 16 people). It has been recently renovated, combining the preservation of the original features, such us wooden beam ceilings, brick arches, with modern comforts, such as the spa and wellness area, the outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi corner (not heated), Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Main villa, 600 sq m. On the lower floor there is, for exclusive use, the wellness centre and the SPA, with a caldarium, a hot plunge bath used in Roman bath complexes. The centre also consists of a heated hydromassage, sauna, automatic Shiatsu massage bed, gym, a changing room, and a shower. Massages on request.
Ground floor: A large, paved area, originally the farmyard, leads into a lounge with characteristic terracotta tile flooring and stone walls, archways and a fireplace. From here one enters the main living room with a fireplace, Sat-TV, a large dining room with fireplace with access to the outdoor areas furnished for al fresco dining, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge with freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee maker, juicer, kettle, microwave, food mixer, toaster, washing machine), and a charming suite consisting of sitting room and fireplace and double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
First Floor: a large lounge room with fireplace and comfortable sofas for relaxing moments and 7 bedrooms with A/C, safe, Sat-TV, Wi-Fi and mosquito screens. Of these, 5 double bedrooms have large beds (170x190 cm) and en-suite bathrooms, 1 double has a large bed, en-suite bathroom and a large balcony. and a twin bedroom (beds can be joined upon request) with private bathroom with shower.
The cottage, 124 sqm: independent house right next to the villa. It was originally the barn and consists of a lounge room with fireplace, divans and Sat-TV, a kitchen with stove, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower head. This apartment has been restored with the typical rustic characteristics of the Chianti area: hand painted tiles in the bathrooms, pastel colours on the walls and antique furniture in the rooms. These are elegant and comfortable spaces guaranteeing a relaxing atmosphere in a Tuscan country villa.
The cottage is available only for up to twenty guests.
