The residence, consisting of 7 apartments, is surrounded by a large garden. There is a swimming pool (10x5, depth 140 to 200 cm, and open from June to September), barbecue, and private parking.

Apartment

This 90-square-metre two-bedroom apartment is located entirely on the ground floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette (oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and American coffee machine, microwave), double sofa bed and TV, double bedroom and a single bedroom (with extra pull-out bed). The bathroom has a shower.
Designated outdoor area equipped with table, chairs and shade provided by a magnificent pergola created by a wisteria plant. All with a suggestive view of the Crete Senesi in the background.
