The residence is located in the heart of the Crete Senesi, one of the most suggestive areas of Tuscany, known for its seasonal colours, lunar landscapes, and ancient medieval villages. The beautiful town of Asciano is 8 km away, with supermarkets, shops, a lovely ancient church, and restaurants serving excellent dishes.
The residence, consisting of 7 apartments, is surrounded by a large garden. There is a swimming pool (10x5, depth 140 to 200 cm, and open from June to September), barbecue, and private parking.
The place is ideal for relaxing holidays and cultural and naturalistic visits.
Distances: shops and supermarkets are 8 km, Siena 40 km, Pienza, Montalcino, and San Quirico 24 km, and Montepulciano 30 km.

Apartment

Ample accommodation of 120 square meters. Outside an equipped Gazebo. One enters a small living room with a wine cellar on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and two bathrooms with showers. A staircase goes down to a living/dining room with a TV, double sofa bed, kitchenette (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and American coffee machine, microwave) and access to another equipped outdoor space.
At guests' disposal: Air conditioning, wi-fi, hairdryer, washing machine. Smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.
