These beautiful holiday accommodations are located in a quiet area just 7km from Montepulciano, a splendid medieval town of the Val di Chiana. The nearest village, Acquaviva, is ca. 1,5 km away, where one can find shops, a supermarket and restaurants. The property consists of 2 farmhouses, within 900 meters of each other, with a total of 30 self-catering apartments. Completely restored in the typical Tuscan style, these holiday flats are very comfortable. Each farmhouse has its own swimming pool (16x8, open middle Apr-middle Oct, 90-140 cm depth) and a beautiful large garden, barbecue and washing machine. Pets are welcome. In one of the properties there is a reception where you can find local products on sale, including wine and extra-virgin olive oil, a large room for the Pizza dinner held during the week and organized by the owner, a breakfast room, a laundry room and bicycles at guest’s disposal for free (on availability).
These lovely farmhouses are located between the famous medieval and Renaissance town of Montepulciano (7 km) and the Val di Chiana, in a wonderful position surrounded by nature and history. Nearby are other small towns, full of charm and art: Montalcino (40 km), Pienza (18km) and San Quirico d’Orcia, to mention just a few. Not far away are the spa town of Chianciano Terme (15 km) and Siena (60 km) and further north Florence 110 km. The perfect place to relax surrounded by peaceful panoramic hills whilst savouring excellent wines.
