This cosy and recently refurbished apartment is located in Viareggio, a very nice and renowned town on the coast, with large sandy beaches and a lot of bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, and shops.
The apartment, 50 sqm, is luminous and very well furnished, and on the first and last floor of a two-storey building, just above a small supermarket, and facing the huge pinewood of Viareggio, which is an ideal place for a walk in the nature, or to relax at one of the bars and restaurants located inside it. Crossing the pinewood, you can reach the beaches; Viareggio has 10 km of sandy beaches, of which 6 km are managed by private beach resorts and the remaining 4 km are public and can be easily reached on bicycle.
The apartment, fully air conditioned, consists of a nice living room with a double sofa bed, flat screen TV and kitchen corner (gas stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine), a double bedroom with flat screen tv, and a bathroom with shower, hair dryer available. Facing the pinewood there is a large furnished terrace for al fresco dining. Other facilities: Wi Fi connection, laundry room with a washing machine.
